Purchasing Beef

We sell bulk beef in quarter, half and whole shares. While purchasing in bulk may seem overwhelming it provides meals for your family at a fraction of grocery store pricing. Follow our easy purchasing guide and let us know if you have any questions!

Select Date

We butcher a couple times a year and will coordinate which one of our available dates works best for you.

Submit Deposit

Once your deposit is received, your share is secured on the agreed upon date.

04.

Final Payment

Final weight is communicated 1-2 days after butcher date and final payment is due at this time.

05.

Cutting Instructions

We will then coordinate with the butcher your desired cutting instructions.

06.

Pick Up

The butcher hangs the meat for 7-10 days then your meat is ready to be picked up. We coordinate pickup in Ellensburg or Snoqualmie.

Pricing Breakdown

Lind Farms Beef – $6.00/lb

Beef is sold by hanging weight. This weight is determined by the butcher once it arrives at their shop.

Butcher Fees – $1.00/lb

Butcher fees are for cutting and wrapping, based on the hanging weight of the animal. This fee is paid to Lind Farms as we take the stress off of you and coordinate with the butcher for you!

Deposit Fees – Quarter $250, Half $500, Whole $750

Deposit fees are non-refundable and required to hold your share and butcher date. The deposit paid comes off the total price of the beef upon final payment.
